It’s feeling a lot like Spring.

Yesterday is was 87 degrees here in middle Tennessee breaking all the records for the hottest day in March. We were out repairing old planting beds and planting spinach and kale. It was a pretty day with all the trees looking like they are coming out of their winter sleep, and the daffodils are already up and blooming. It seems like spring is speeding by. It won’t be long until the CSA shareholders are picking up baskets and the field will be in bloom. Until then though it is all hands in the dirt to get this farm planted and ready for season 16. Yep…16 seasons we have been playing in the dirt around here..hard to believe…and ever thankful.
