Last Pickup for our Spring and Summer CSA

Our last spring/summer season pickup of our CSA program is this Saturday and it always kinda shocks me that it goes by so fast. I was out in the field last night weeding..always this time of year and I was combing through all the beds looking for what we will need to harvest for the pickup. Beans, tomatoes..tomatoes..and more tomatoes..ha ha..This basket is going to be big and filled with all sorts of summer bounty for sure. One of the items in your basket this pickup is Edamame. For those of you that have never had Edamame they are soy bean pods that you lightly steam and sprinkle with a little salt. You find them served in Japanese restaurants. They are delicious. I will post a few recipes on our facebook  page.  There are lot of flowers out there in the field please take some time to cut yourself a bouquet to take home.

Pickup August 4th. 10:30-2pm.

Mark and I just want to thank you for supporting the farm this season. It has been our honor to be your organic farmers for your families. See ya Saturday. Peggy
